Here are two new Rick Ross songs that you might actually want to listen to… Not because they’re good or anything crazy like that, but because is the result of being a rapper, going into the studio, and having nothing but yes men around you.
Spotted this collaboration coming from a mile away.. Trae Tha Truth teamed up with Rick Ross to not only create their collaborative “I Don’t Give A F-ck”, but to film a low-budget visual for their joint offering. I’m not too enthused about the song, but it’s good to see Trae get a record with some legs that will extend outside of Texas.
Meek Mill has been in jail since July after violating his probation… And if you’ve been waiting on him to release his project, it kind of called to question if we’d still get it as promised. After much deliberation, Rick Ross, Maybach Music Group’s head honcho, and Meek have decided to release Dreams Worth More Than Money at a later date.
Mike Brown was an unarmed teenager who was shot in Ferguson, MO by a police officer. His body was left in the street for hours, and in the outcry of outrage A-list celebrities in the rap game stayed relatively silent. Whether they were too worried about their images or are too far removed from their blackness, I was disgusted by their apathy. The Game, and his notable friends, have finally decided to chime in. Better late, than never I guess.
