Last night, after numerous cancelled shows and missed tour stops, Big K.R.I.T. made his long-awaited debut performance in Arizona, Live From The Underground… K.R.I.T. was accompanied by Casey Veggies and Big Sant, who respectively opened up the packed out venue, priming the crowd for Young Krizzle.
Veggies, per usual, gave an energetic performance of his more recognizable tracks including: “CDC”, “30,000”, and some soulful interludes from Customized Greatly Volume 3. The crowd loved it! Casey is definitely an Arizona favorite!
When it came to K.R.I.T., he took to the stage with nothing but his mic and hat in hand, delivering an unpretentious feat to the audience… K.R.I.T. elegantly steered the crowd through his 70-minute set, which literally made the venue rock. His set included “4ever And A Day”, “Pull Up“, and “I Got This”. — During “I Got This”, K.R.I.T. hopped into the crowd, ditching the security to deliver his hit single mid-mosh pit.
When the concert was all said and done, K.R.I.T. wasn’t quick to rush off the stage… As a matter of fact he walked the edge of the stage from left to right, meeting, autographing and taking pictures with each and every one of his fans. With a wide-eyed smile, utterly appreciative of supporters.. And before bidding the club adieu, K.R.I.T. stood and smiled to the crowd, as though in awe and disbelief of himself. Definitely a proud moment all around.
